Standard Microsoft Cloud Agreement
Customers who purchase Microsoft Cloud services from The Network Pro (such as Office 365) must understand and accept Microsoft’s terms and conditions, including acceptable use of the Microsoft products and services. The Network Pro provides our customers with a link to Microsoft’s current (Sept 2017) standard agreement in PDF format here. Note that The Network Pro is unable to edit or modify this agreement directly.

HIPAA and the HITECH Act
In addition, if your organization is subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance requirements, Microsoft makes a Business Associate Agreement available directly between your Covered Entity and Microsoft. You can pursue execution of this agreement via the Microsoft Trust Center.
